Fernando Torres admits he has not been at his best during the World Cup but believes he is improving game by game.
The Liverpool striker missed the end of the Premier League season after undergoing ankle surgery and is still searching for his first goal in South Africa, despite helping Spain through to their first ever appearance in the World Cup semi-finals.
He said: "It is a difficult tournament for me because my fitness is not the best but I am improving every game. I am feeling better but I still have to improve - obviously."
