Germany coach Joachim Low is confident nerves will not be an issue for his young side as they look to keep alive their World cup dream against Ghana in Johannesburg on Wednesday.

Low looks set to start with Cacau up front in place of the suspended Miroslav Klose, who was sent off in the defeat against Serbia.

Ghana duo John Mensah and Issac Vorsah are expected to return from injury after missing the draw against Australia with calf and knee injuries respectively.
