South Africa coach Carlos Alberto Parreira believes his side will be more confident going into Wednesday's potentially crucial World Cup showdown with Uruguay having got their first game under their belts.
Parreira revealed he is likely to keep faith with the majority of the side that drew 1-1 in their Group A opener against Mexico when they face Uruguay in Pretoria, but suggested his tactical approach to the game may differ.
Palermo's Edison Cavani could start alongside Luis Suarez in Uruguay's attack with Atletico Madrid star Diego Forlan playing behind them in support. The move would see Ignacio Gonzalez drop to the bench.
