Fabio Capello has settled on his first XI for England's World Cup Group C opener with the United States in Rustenburg on Saturday.

The England boss confirmed he has chosen his starting goalkeeper, with much speculation over whether David James, Robert Green or Joe Hart will get the nod.

Asked whether he had decided on his team for the USA game, Capello said: "Yes, I've decided. I know the 11 that will play Saturday and I hope the next two days, during the training, all the players will be fit."
