Slovenia defender Marko Suler is confident his team will adapt to the high altitude when their World Cup campaign gets under way in South Africa.
Matjaz Kek's side begin their Group C exploits against Algeria in Polokwane on Sunday before encounters with the United States and England. And Suler believes the altitude will not hamper his side's hopes of doing well in the competition.
The 27-year-old said: "It is something new and causes our pulse rates to rise more quickly, but the fact is we have to get used to it and I think it will not be a major problem."
