Spain midfielder Xavi believes the time has come for his national side to win a first ever World Cup.
The Barcelona star, a key player in Spain's Euro 2008 win two years ago, believes 'la Roja' can follow up that success with an ever bigger prize in South Africa.
"This is the time for Spain at a World Cup," he said. "Everything is similar to the European Championship. Very little has changed. A few players are different, and the coach, but the philosophy and playing pattern is the same."
