Albert Bunjaku has been drafted into Switzerland's World Cup squad following an injury to FC Basle striker Marco Streller.
Streller sustained a hamstring injury in training on Wednesday and subsequent medical tests have confirmed he will not be available for the showpiece event in South Africa.
Bunjaku, who plays for FC Nurnberg, is the seventh player from the German Bundesliga in the Swiss squad and coach Ottmar Hitzfeld told Kicker magazine: "There's a lot of Bundesliga experience in my squad. The German mentality is appreciated. You don't necessarily play well but win anyway. I want us to work on this winning mentality."
