England goalkeeper Joe Hart admits his call-up into Fabio Capello's World Cup squad is just a starting point for him and he has a long way to go to fully establish himself at international level.

The 23-year-old has been selected along with Portsmouth's David James and West Ham's Robert Green and, barring injury, will be in South Africa next month.

"It is a great prospect. However, I respect it is the England squad and that it is a very high level to get into," said Hart, who admits his chances of actually featuring in this summer's World Cup are slim.
