Aaron Lennon is expected to be named on the bench for Tottenham's Premier League clash against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Back in business: Aaron Lennon has recovered from a groin injury
Lennon has been sidelined for four months with a groin injury. He suffered the blow during Spurs' 2-0 victory over West Ham on Dec 28.
However, the midfielder has now returned to full fitness and will be included in the squad to face Manchester United.
It will be welcome news for Tottenham Hotspur fans and Fabio Capello, who would, ideally, name the 23 year-old as his first-choice right wing for England's World Cup 2010 opener against USA.
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp told The Sun: "He trained fully with us this week for the first time since the injury and it's going well.
"He should be on the bench at least and it's great to have Aaron around again - not only for Tottenham but for England too. It's good news."
