Bert van Marwijk urges Dutch to believe

Holland coach Bert van Marwijk has issued a rallying cry ahead of the friendly against Hungary.
The Dutch possess a supremely talented squad yet are not fancied to win the World Cup which gets under way in South Africa in a week.

Van Marwijk is confident, however, that with the right attitude his men can go all the way.

He said: "If you don't believe you can win it then you definitely won't.

"We have shown everyone that we have the quality to win.

"We have to believe in ourselves.

"There is nothing wrong with healthy ambition. We have to have an attitude of 'come on, we can do something'.''

The next step in Holland's build-up comes when Hungary visit the Amsterdam ArenA.

Van Marwijk is likely to make just one change from the side which thrashed fellow World Cup qualifiers Ghana 4-1 on Tuesday night with Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben set to replace Ibrahim Afellay.

Mark Van Bommel will be paired with Nigel de Jong in central midfield and Robin Van Persie will be the lone striker.

Hungary's main motivation will be to improve on their display in their 3-0 defeat to Germany last weekend.

Tamas Hajnal and Balazs Toth will miss out through injury for the visitors while Kriztian Nemeth, who made his international debut against the Germans, is struggling with an injury.
